  • We are looking for a reliable Office Administrator. They will undertake administrative tasks, ensuring the rest of the staff has adequate support to work efficiently. The tasks of the office administrator will include bookkeeping and mentoring office assistants. The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. The office administrator ensures smooth running of our company’s offices and contributes in driving sustainable growth.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies

    • Supervise administrative staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance

    • Manage agendas/travel arrangements/appointments etc. for the upper management

    • Manage phone calls and correspondence (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

    • Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures

    • Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data

    • Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary

    • Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned

    • Assist colleagues whenever necessary

    Skills:

    • Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant or relevant role

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

    • Excellent organizational and leadership skills

    • Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles

    • Excellent knowledge of Quickbooks, MS Office and office management software (ERP etc.)

    • Qualifications in secretarial studies will be an advantage

    • High school diploma; BSc/BA in office administration or relevant field is preferred

A customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customer accounts might face with accuracy and efficiency. The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk.

    Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints. The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

    • Generate sales leads

    • Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction

    • Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication

    • Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools

    • Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas

    • Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution

    • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents

    • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies

    • Take the extra mile to engage customers

    Skills:

    • Experience in marine industry or trailers

    • Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative

    • Track record of over-achieving quota

    • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening

    • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices

    • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills

    • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively

    • High school degree

    Service Technician Essential Job Functions & Skills:

    • Experience repairing trailers or automotive experience.

    • Replace brake systems, hitch components, tires/wheels, and all other parts on a boat trailer

    • Electrical system testing and troubleshooting

    • Experience with Installation of Hitch/Tow Equipment

    • Ability to follow company policies and procedures

    • Good Customer Service abilities and desire to work with our customers

    • A positive, “we can get this done” attitude

    • Ability to work within deadlines

    • Must own required tools
